Phoenix Decorating Company has been building floats since 1985. The name is renowned and synonymous with Pasadena Tournament of Roses. For many years, there have only been one or two authentic Rose Parade float construction companies – this is the one that’s always considered first for the largest all-floral parade in the United States.
